K61 is a fickle right point that becomes insane when it’s on. You’ll see this wave breaking in the distance from K59 and it may tempt you at times. Trust us, its a LONG paddle. Definitely come here with a guide, as the path out is rock and urchin laden. On a typical day, no one else will be surfing here. For those of you looking to stand up paddle board, this might be one of your best options. The waves tend to be slower and crumbly, and you’ll have tons of space to yourself. Pro Tip? Turn on your mental camera. This might be one of the most scenic places you’ll ever surf.
