Balancé offers the option of a two bedroom villa, which includes the main villa area but not the Villa Junior suite. See the description for the 3 bedroom villa here. Under this arrangement, the separate junior suite is not included and can be rented to other groups. Those groups will not have access to the villa’s private pool, deck, or green space area. The Villa Junior Suite has a separate entrance and does not share any space with the 2 bedroom villa under this setup.
