Hotel Tekuani Kal is inspired by the Native culture of the Nahuats or Pipiles, one of the many different tribes who inhabited El Salvador and are descendants of the Aztecs. Tekuani Kal also offers you a Temascal, which is a dome shaped Native American Sauna made and used the ancient way. In past times there were public Temascales in every small village in order to soak in their healing properties. These Temascales were used for healing both physical illness and spiritual unrest; a Temascal strengthens the spirt and the revitalizes your soul.
